The Southwestern borderland reaffirms the paradox of a word: bound. A bound speaks of both a kinetic and unfettered movement, as well as a prohibiting bulwark. Looking at this transitory (yet seemingly still) life, all preconceived walls invite an underlying subversion. The decay of an edifice conceives a new space, and the definitions of contours speak an ephemeral tongue.
